Refunds & Returns

Emerald Scenery Design is a web store selling digital products.

Due to the inability to revoke access to a product after it has been received by the customer, Emerald Scenery Design nor it’s affiliates offer refunds or returns of our digital products. However, we will support and work with our customers under the following situation(s):

1. A purchase of a similar named product was made.
   This does not apply to MSFS 2020/2024 products of the same title. If you purchase the wrong version (2020 instead of 2024, or vise versa) the other version can be redeemed for no additional charge. Check out like usual and no charge ($0) should be displayed.
2. An unintentional duplicate purchase was made.
   In this case, please contact us!

Emerald Scenery Design reserves the right to deny help under these situations if it is suspected that the customer is not acting under good faith, but abusing the policy for their benefit.

This policy is effective immediately upon your transaction. It may be updated as needed by Emerald Scenery Design.
