Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a product through Emerald Scenery Design, you agree to the following:

1. This product is protected by copyright law. It may not be decompiled, re-branded, or redistributed in any way.
2. It is licensed for personal use only, and may only be installed on one device at a time.
3. As this is a digital product which cannot be physically returned, no refunds will be given.

4. We will not be held accountable for any damage to your personal files or hardware.

Additionally, each product includes it’s own End User License Agreement (EULA). Customers are encouraged to read this EULA before purchase to understand what they can and cannot do with a product. This EULA can be viewed at any time through the Documentation tab on each product page.

Emerald Scenery Design reserves the right to suspend access to your account or a specified product if it’s EULA or any of the above Terms and Conditions are breached. Either action being dependent on the severity of the breach.

This policy is effective immediately upon your transaction. It and the product EULA may be updated as needed by Emerald Scenery Design.
